Reviews from Our Guests

The combination of spices of our meals was excellent
Brand new restaurant. Altay Flame provides regional cuisine from Northwest China. The combination of spices of our meals was excellent the meats where tender and juicy. We were a group of 6. I had the chicken kabob, rice pilaf dish and collectivey had two noodle dishes and a sizzling beef. veggy dish. No sides and no starters. Portion sizes were just right. But probably good to order a side of rice with some of the main non noodle dishes. Definitely worth going back. Actually we ordered another sizzling beef...so good.

Everything was absolutely delicious
We visited this authentic Uyghur restaurant and tried three different noodle dishes, including the famous lagman noodles, along with shish kebab and the smashed cucumber salad. Everything was absolutely delicious—very authentic flavors and perfectly balanced. The noodles themselves were cooked to perfection and really stood out.The staff was very friendly and made great recommendations, which we really appreciated. The only disappointment was that they were out of mantu, but that just gives us a reason to come back and try them next time.Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely fantastic authentic food!
We were a big group and ordered nearly the whole menu to share and everything was so unbelievably delicious! Even though the mantu takes about 45 minutes to arrive, it was absolutely worth waiting! And the service was as if we were family :)100% recommended

Great food that reminds me of home
A genuinely heartwarming and authentic cultural tour.Great food that reminds me of home, with lots of great work put into it. The owner and son are both great people who are passionate about their cuisine.

Great food.
We had an early lunch reservation and beat the rush. Wonderful spot, parking in the neighbourhood streets. Nice staff. Had the lamb dumpling and lamb kabobs - both were great and will get them again. My friend had the beef sizzle - he couldn't get over how good it was. I'd suggest getting their Naan bread, and some rice. That being said, we were all full - our plates were the right size. Will be back soon!
